Reporting Concerns to PACUC

• If any of us becomes concerned about an activity that we believe would pose a risk to the health or well being of animals utilized in Purdue programs, it is our personal responsibility to address this concern.
  
  
• The first step in addressing a concern is normally to speak ot the individuals involved or to our supervisor regarding the concern.
  
  
• Whenever these initial actions do not correct the concern to our satisfaction, it is our personal responsibility to report the concern to PACUC or LAP.
