Your role in working with animals at Purdue

  • Become knowledgeable about the Occupational Health & Safety program for Animals Users.
  • Become trained & qualified to care for and use animals.
  • Learn to identify sick or abnormal animals and report them to your supervisor and/or LAP.
  • Assure that any concerns regarding care and use of animals at Purdue are addressed appropriately.
