The reason I call the Order System miraculous is that after the database was normalized, up, and running, all stores personnel had to do was type in a catalog number and a quantity - in any random order. The computer system displayed the order history and automatically extended, totalled, grouped the items by vendor and printed out the ship orders. The entire process was reduced to a day.
