I’m out of basic training. Barb told me last week that Delores needed someone to help her at Broad Street, and she thought I was ready. Delores has been at Broad Street by herself since Gomer and Mary left to take up a youth pastorate. Actually, I stayed at Broad Street last summer with a bunch of other summer staffers. We girls got the room on third floor with the air conditioner! But at the end of the summer, when I joined fulltime staff, I moved to 20th Street for a period of training. I sure missed the air conditioner!
