- When you have completed
training in a particular subject (such as this orientation, other online
modules, or the Brown Bag lunches), your qualifications
to work with animals and to perform animal procedures
should be reported to PACUC via a Qualifications
Form.
- The Qualifications
Form must be
- initialed
and signed by your supervisor/PI of the PACUC Protocol you will
be working under, and
- sent
to PACUC at the Animal Holding Facility (AHF).
