In TLT 2003: Reaching New Frontiers I "Pushed the Edges with WebCT" with a WebCT minicourse on research ethics (Responible Conduct of Research) based on the infamous Tuskegee Syphilis Study. I also featured a Multimedia Powerpoint Presentation on the same topic. The minicourse and multimedia presentation were developed for my distance learning class.
